Import Logistics, Coordinated End to End
Inbound freight from origin to final U.S. destination — one point of contact, one team handling the moving pieces, one clear answer when you ask where your shipment is.
What import coordination covers
An import touches more parties than most shippers expect: the origin pickup, the ocean or air carrier, the customs entry, the terminal, the dray, and the final delivery. Import logistics is the work of making those pieces move as one shipment instead of six handoffs.
Conveyco coordinates inbound freight from origin to final U.S. destination. As a licensed NVOCC we control the international ocean leg ourselves — booking, documentation, and equipment — and we arrange customs clearance through a licensed customs broker partner so the entry lines up with the vessel's arrival, not after it. Port handling, drayage, and inland delivery follow the same plan.
We support first-time importers who need the process explained in plain English, and high-volume programs with multiple SKUs and origins. Based in Burnsville, Minnesota, we're a practical partner for Upper Midwest importers whose cargo still has a long inland leg after the port.

Why importers work with Conveyco
Most import problems are timing problems — a container that arrived before its paperwork, a dray booked after free time expired, a delivery appointment nobody confirmed. With one team coordinating the ocean leg, the customs entry (through our licensed broker partner), and the ground legs, the timing is managed as a whole.
You also get visibility: real-time container tracking and a customer portal for documents and status, backed by people who pick up the phone.
